The red devils, by the end of day 5 had run 338 Km (191 miles) in 34 hours and ten minutes. That makes 6.07 minutes / Km (10.7 minutes / mile).
To put this into perspective, that means each runner has run 22.5 Km each per day for the last five days or tag teamed almost four Comrades Marathons in the last five days.
Tomorrow it is on to Witbank from Middelburg Mines and then Pretoria and finishing in JHB on Friday and 350 miles under the belt.
